Step 1: Make a reservation
Go to the reservation calendar of the desired property (located at the bottom of the property’s description) and select the desired dates of check-in and check-out. Press the button “send a reservation request” and fill in your contact information.

Step 2: Reservation Confirmation
Our team would receive your request and would respond to your request within 24 to 72 hours. If the reservation is confirmed you would receive your reservation number and the specific dates of check-in and check-out, rates, and property description. If the reservation request is declined by the property owner, we would provide you with a list of similar properties that are available.

Step 3: Payment of a Deposit
If the reservation is confirmed you would be requested to pay a deposit for securing your reservation. In most cases the deposit amounts to 30% of the value of the whole vacation, but for some properties and time periods the deposit may be higher. The payment of the deposit should be made within 48 hours after receiving the reservation confirmation. If the deposit is not received in time, the booking will automatically expire without any other notice.

À) Credit card – via Paypal.com (accept all major credit cards)
B) Debit card – via Epay.bg (accepts all Bulgarian debit cards)
C) Bank transfer
D) Cash

Step 4: Receipt
After receiving the payment of your deposit, we then send you a receipt, which you may print and keep for your arrival in Bulgaria or save for your accounting purpose. The information regarding you payments is forwarded by us to the property managers prior to your arrival.

Step 5: Final Payment
The final payment is made at check-in at the reception of your selected property.
